a great system

Babbel is the most fun and most efffective language-learning iOS app Ive run across.

Perfect balance of vocab, pronunciation and some grammar

Babbel is a great way to start learning a language, even if you dont have much time. They cover relevant vocabulary like many other apps, but go beyond that to provide some grammar, feedback on pronunciation, and putting words into conversations! I love it.

Best language system Ive used

Ive used many language programs including Rosetta Stone and this one has worked the best and had had the best results. Very fast learning and practical language knowledge and skills

Should be more

Awsome tool for studying language. It would be great if there is Greek and Hebrew.

Amazing and Easy

This is a fantastic app! It is so much easier than on the PC and because it is mobile, that makes it much more efficient if your on the move or you just cant sit at a computer for a half hour. So basically, its amazing! Must download!

Good app for ipad

Generally good app. Some bugs in that some of the audio example sentences are not there. Cant repeat audio which would be helpful. Some dialects are much easier to understand than others and all audio examples are different quality, some better than others. I would still use Rosetta Stone but like the convenience of my ipad so it is good, but not great.

Lagom

A decent, free app to compliment their fuller online coursework. Great clean design.

Better than Rosetta Stone!

Way better than Rosetta Stone. This app is fun and has great lessons. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Spanish

Why is it in Spanish? I cant learn Swedish in Spanish. :( Please fix.

Could use more feedback to the user

This is a really great idea. I wish the listen and repeat exercises had some sort of feedback telling you whats wrong with your pronunciation. Sat here saying "Hur mår du?" like 15 times before the lesson would continue...

Needs some work

Its okay just needs work

Well worth the money

Ive used the pulsmer approach, Rosetta Stone, dulingo, CDs, and a lot of differnt methods to learn languages and this one is by far my favorite. Within a couple hours of it you are already able to converse a little bit and understand what you are saying. Only had it for a week so far and will update in a month. If you want to learn a language id recommend this 100%

Amazing!!

The voice recognition is amazing to know if I am pronouncing the words and phrases correctly. Really great format. Im enjoying the leaning a lot!

Boss

This app is amazing Im learning so much from it and its really fun to

Awesome way to learn Swedish

Its fun and easy to learn Swedish, I just wish that it was a little bit cheaper per month...

Great Way to Learn Languages

Its a great because it doesnt give you too much each lesson. Its not just learning words little by little, it has dialogue and helps with conversations. I would definitely recommend this to someone wanting to learn languages.

Whats with the weird icon? Glitch?

The app is fine. The icon has all this text all over it though. It uses .mobi files?

Thank you

Thanks for fixing the icon! Im learning a lot. Love it

Love it

I love this app but it cost to much

Very good language tool

I have been using this app for Swedish for about a month and a half.It is quite comprehensive and includes reading ,spelling, grammar and pronunciation. It is the most complete at learning but moves along very fast. The audio recordings speak a bit fast and the quality changes.A few of the speakers some strange as if the recording was sped up a bit.I purchased the six month plan and if you are really interesting in learning Swedish it is the best deal.It will most likely take me a year or a year and a half to really begin get a firm grip on Swedish. So for about $100 for a year and a half is cheap compared to Rosetta and Pimsleur. But I am using those also because they are better at repeating and practicing.
